TO OUR GOD WE PRAY

To our God we Pray

When life is darkened with pain and distress

And things go wrong, seemingly hopeless

That everything we do just seem so unblest,

Let us fill our hearts with God’s Love and goodness

And through our prayers, enter His promised rest.

He will tell us that He understand,

He will even hold us with His mighty and loving hands;

With Him at our side, what is there to fear?

If we truly believe, He is always near.

So, with faith in our hearts

Let us all endeavor to draw near to God,

Never to doubt nor question why,

Upon His infinite wisdom

We, His chosen ones, must rely.

He listens to our every prayer

Whenever we feel lost and burdened with care;

Just trust Him to lead the way,

Always seek His guidance – to our God we pray.
