Finding a Good Wife

Finding a good wife is a good thing;

A favor obtained from the Lord – a great blessing.

For houses and riches may be inherited from father

But a prudent wife only comes from Almighty Father.

Respectful and submissive to her spouse, 

a good wife should be,

For God does not allow her, over her husband, authority.

This is not just mere convention,

But, a God-given admonition.

A good wife-sensible, prudent, and caring,

Deserves all her husband’s love and understanding

Striving to always be discreet, chaste and a homemaker

She does so, as to not blaspheme the words of the Maker.
